This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
β’ Collaborate with senior leadership within our Lab and Corporate divisions to develop and implement people strategies that support long-term business goals.
β’ Provide consultation on team structures, succession planning, and workforce scaling to ensure we have the right talent positioned effectively as we expand.
β’ Lead and address high-level employee relations issues, conducting comprehensive investigations and offering coaching to managers to cultivate a healthy, compliant workplace.
β’ Oversee the annual performance cycle, compensation evaluations, and talent development initiatives to identify and support our future leaders.
β’ Ensure that all people practices adhere to the stringent standards of the healthcare industry, including compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple US jurisdictions.
β’ Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) to identify patterns and offer proactive solutions to the executive team.
β’ Serve as an advocate for the LetsGetChecked culture, ensuring our values are embedded throughout the employee lifecycle and spearheading initiatives that enhance retention and morale.
β’ Over 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a dedicated HRBP or HR Leadership position.
β’ Experience in High-Growth Tech or Healthcare/Life Sciences is strongly preferred.
β’ Comprehensive working knowledge of complex multi-state US employment law is essential.
β’ You possess an understanding of how a global healthcare organization operates.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills; you are adept at challenging senior leaders and influencing decision-making at the executive level.
β’ Ability to excel in a dynamic, 'builder' environment where you are comfortable with uncertainty and can pivot quickly as the business evolves.
