This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
β’ Collaborate with senior management in our Lab and Corporate sectors to develop and implement people strategies that are in line with long-term business goals.
β’ Provide guidance on team structures, succession planning, and workforce expansion to ensure we have the right talent positioned effectively as we grow.
β’ Lead and address complex employee relations issues, conducting comprehensive investigations and offering coaching to managers to promote a healthy and compliant work environment.
β’ Oversee the annual performance cycle, compensation evaluations, and talent development programs to identify and cultivate our future leaders.
β’ Ensure all HR practices adhere to the stringent standards of the healthcare sector, including compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across various US jurisdictions.
β’ Examine people metrics (such as turnover, engagement, and headcount) to detect trends and deliver proactive solutions to the executive team.
β’ Serve as a champion for the LetsGetChecked culture, ensuring our values are woven into the employee lifecycle and spearheading initiatives that enhance retention and employee morale.
β’ 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in a dedicated HRBP or HR Leadership position.
β’ Experience in High-Growth Technology or Healthcare/Life Sciences is strongly preferred.
β’ Extensive, hands-on knowledge of complex multi-state US employment law is essential.
β’ Familiarity with the operations of a global healthcare organization is a must.
β’ Outstanding interpersonal skills; you should be comfortable challenging senior leaders and influencing decision-making at the executive level.
β’ Ability to excel in a dynamic, 'builder' environment where you can manage ambiguity and adapt swiftly as the business evolves.
