This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
β’ Establish robust, trusted relationships with managers throughout the UK, serving as a key People and Culture advisor.
β’ Mentor and assist leaders in areas including performance management, employee engagement, team effectiveness, and navigating challenging or sensitive discussions.
β’ Oversee UK employee relations matters from start to finish, addressing performance issues, attendance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and intricate casework.
β’ Offer clear, practical guidance on UK employment legislation, internal policies, and personnel practices, balancing compliance with commercial realities.
β’ Collaborate with leaders on organizational change initiatives impacting UK employees, including restructures and role modifications, to ensure equitable, compliant, and people-focused outcomes.
β’ Evaluate engagement surveys, exit feedback, and employee insights to recognize trends and partner with leaders on targeted actions to enhance experience and retention.
β’ Serve as the UK contact point for employee benefits, assisting with annual enrollment, employee inquiries, and managing relationships with brokers, vendors, Finance, and global teams.
β’ Work closely with People Operations, Payroll, Legal, and the broader global People team to guarantee a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
β’ Identify opportunities for enhancing UK People processes and operational methods, contributing ideas and insights to global People and Culture initiatives.
β’ At least 4 years of experience as an HR or People and Culture Generalist, including practical Business Partner experience in a UK context.
β’ Strong understanding of UK employment law with demonstrated capability in end-to-end employee relations.
β’ Experience collaborating with managers on performance, engagement, organizational change, and sensitive personnel issues.
β’ Excellent judgment, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a pragmatic, commercially minded approach.
β’ Ability to work independently with confidence while effectively collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.
