This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Collaborate with leadership, including executives, on matters related to employee relations, performance management, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
β’ Offer insights on employment legislation, HR policies, and industry best practices for both U.S. and international teams.
β’ Address employee relations issues such as terminations, investigations, reductions, and challenging conversations.
β’ Oversee HRIS data, reporting, and compliance obligations.
β’ Assist in the enhancement of HR programs, training initiatives, and key organizational projects.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR (preferably as an HR Business Partner or Generalist; HRBP is favored).
β’ Experience in international HR functions, supporting teams outside of the U.S. (e.g., EMEA, APAC).
β’ Proven ability to partner with executive leaders and support large-scale organizations.
β’ Strong expertise in employee relations and comprehensive knowledge of employment law.
β’ Mandatory HRIS experience (Workday is preferred).
β’ Capability to work independently and function as the primary HR contact.
