HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with senior leaders in Training and Implementation Services to align the people strategy with commercial objectives.

• Aid in organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling efforts across global teams.

• Champion initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, including talent management, succession planning, and leadership coaching.

• Oversee and manage complex employee relations matters while promoting employee engagement initiatives.

• Partner in recruitment and onboarding efforts, providing support for growth in international markets.

• Take ownership and lead a specialized HR discipline within the broader HR function.

• Contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives aimed at organizational development.

• Provide high-quality operational HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Leverage people data and insights to enhance decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering within high-growth, professional services, or consultancy environments.

• Strong capability in stakeholder management and influence, with confidence engaging at senior leadership levels.

• Proven experience in facilitating organizational change, team scaling, and workforce planning initiatives.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices throughout the employee lifecycle.

• In-depth expertise in at least one specialized area of HR (e.g., employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management).

• Current knowledge of UK employment law.

• Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in supporting international teams or familiarity with employment practices in Europe and/or India is highly desirable.
