This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all elements of employee benefits programs
• Manage benefits administration and resolve claims
• Support employees with inquiries related to benefits
• Create communication materials for open enrollment
• Administer employee leaves of absence in accordance with company policies
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and prepare necessary benefits notifications
• Establish and nurture relationships with benefits providers
• Carry out additional HR responsibilities as required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience is necessary
• SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are preferred
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) is an advantage
• More than 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a comparable role, ideally within a corporate setting
• In-depth knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and HRIS/benefits administration software
