This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee all facets of employee benefits programs.
β’ Conduct benefits administration and resolve claims.
β’ Support employees with questions related to benefits.
β’ Create communication materials for the open enrollment period.
β’ Manage employee leaves of absence in accordance with company policies.
β’ Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and prepare necessary benefits notifications.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with benefits providers.
β’ Undertake other related HR responsibilities as required.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
β’ SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are preferred.
β’ Certification as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) is advantageous.
β’ A minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in benefits administration or a comparable role, ideally within a corporate setting.
β’ Extensive knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance standards.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and HRIS/benefits administration software.
β’ Health and vision insurance coverage.

β’ Compliance with regulations and prompt updates regarding legislation.
