This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee all facets of employee benefits programs.

β€’ Conduct benefits administration and resolve claims.

β€’ Support employees with questions related to benefits.

β€’ Create communication materials for the open enrollment period.

β€’ Manage employee leaves of absence in accordance with company policies.

β€’ Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and prepare necessary benefits notifications.

β€’ Establish and nurture relationships with benefits providers.

β€’ Undertake other related HR responsibilities as required.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is mandatory.

β€’ SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are preferred.

β€’ Certification as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) is advantageous.

β€’ A minimum of 5 years’ experience in benefits administration or a comparable role, ideally within a corporate setting.

β€’ Extensive knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance standards.

β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

β€’ Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

β€’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and HRIS/benefits administration software.
