HR Assistant – Employee Experience Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, which includes résumé evaluation, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.

• Oversee the complete hiring process, encompassing documentation, employment contracts, and pre-employment medical examinations.

• Ensure timely registration of new employees in timekeeping, payroll, and benefits systems, adhering to legal deadlines.

• Develop and manage the onboarding and integration program, including welcome kits, company orientation, and learning pathways.

• Assess employee experience throughout the first 90 days and beyond, utilizing engagement surveys and support channels.

• Recognize potential risks of early attrition and proactively suggest retention strategies.

• Identify inefficiencies in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.

• Recommend standardization and automation initiatives to enhance the employee experience maturity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of onboarding procedures.

• Proficient in advanced Excel for organizing and managing spreadsheet data.

• Acquainted with personnel and payroll processes, as well as hiring-related activities.

• Experience with the employee journey or employee experience frameworks.

• Proven ability to provide support and services to internal staff.

• Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new systems and tools.

• Experience with ADP, Gupy, and Qulture.Rocks is an advantage.

• Interest in and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications in HR processes is a plus.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
