This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Overseeing daily HR administration and addressing employee inquiries through the shared HR inbox.
β’ Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless and compliant employee experience.
β’ Preparing, distributing, and monitoring HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and updates to policies.
β’ Keeping accurate employee records in HR systems to maintain data integrity at all times.
β’ Collaborating with IT, Finance, Operations, and management to support comprehensive HR processes.
β’ Assisting with benefits administration, tracking absences, and managing employee lifecycle changes.
β’ Aiding in HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities, including documentation aligned with ISO standards.
β’ Supporting HR meetings by taking notes and tracking actions and follow-ups.
β’ Recognizing process inefficiencies and promoting continuous improvement within HR operations.
β’ A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR administration, coordination, or people operations support.
β’ Solid understanding of HR processes and UK employment laws.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
β’ Experience with HR systems (HRIS) and maintaining employee data.
β’ Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
β’ Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
