This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Overseeing daily HR administration and addressing employee inquiries through the shared HR inbox.
• Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless and compliant employee experience.
• Preparing, distributing, and monitoring HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and policy updates.
• Keeping precise employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy at all times.
• Collaborating with IT, Finance, Operations, and managers to support comprehensive HR processes.
• Assisting with benefits administration, absence tracking, and changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Aiding in HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities, including documentation aligned with ISO standards.
• Supporting HR meetings by taking notes and tracking actions and follow-ups.
• Recognizing process inefficiencies and aiding in the ongoing enhancement of HR operations.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or people operations support.
• Strong grasp of HR processes and fundamental UK employment law.
• Keen attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HR systems (HRIS) and maintaining employee information.
• Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information with care.
• A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
