This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage the complete recruitment and selection cycle;
• Handle a large volume of commercial and operational job openings;
• Create strategies to attract candidates in challenging locations;
• Establish and sustain partnerships and sourcing avenues;
• Serve in a consultative role with internal hiring managers;
• Recognize opportunities for enhancements and insights in the recruitment and selection processes;
• Utilize Gupy as the main applicant tracking system.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the telecom sector;
• Background in recruiting for roles based in the São Paulo area;
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, coupled with a strong sense of urgency;
• Consultative mindset with robust relationship-building skills for internal stakeholders;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines;
