HR Analyst, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Operate as a generalist within Human Resources processes, tasked with executing, monitoring, and enhancing people management practices; offer consultative support to leaders and aid in team development while achieving business goals.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for operational, administrative, technical, specialist, and leadership positions.

• Align candidate profiles with hiring managers by defining the necessary technical and behavioral competencies for each position.

• Advertise job openings, review resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, and utilize assessment tools when appropriate.

• Assist managers in decision-making to ensure quality hires and compliance with established timelines.

• Track recruitment and selection metrics, suggesting actions for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs.

• Assist in implementing training and development initiatives scheduled in the corporate calendar.

• Guide managers and employees in the creation and monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

• Oversee development, onboarding, and training programs, assessing their effectiveness.

• Manage performance review cycles, providing support to managers and employees throughout the entire process.

• Participate in calibration meetings and facilitate recognition and internal mobility processes.

• Contribute to career and succession planning by keeping track of critical roles and aiding in talent identification.

• Promote the dissemination of organizational culture and people management policies.

• Conduct climate and engagement surveys, compile results, and assist in creating action plans with leadership.

• Develop initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, onboarding processes, internal communication, and recognition efforts.

• Ensure that employee records are current in HR systems.

• Act as a partner to leadership on people-related issues, supporting decisions regarding development, performance, staffing changes, conflict resolution, and team organization.

• Advise managers on the application of HR policies, processes, and best practices.

• Monitor people-related metrics, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and assist in implementing corrective measures.

• Aid in the preparation and monitoring of the people budget, encompassing headcount, salary adjustments, promotions, and provisions.

• Compile analyses and management reports concerning HR metrics.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and corporate guidelines.

• Support managers through employee offboarding processes.

• Conduct exit interviews, aggregate insights, and recommend actions to decrease turnover and enhance the employee experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist, with a background in Recruitment & Selection, Organizational Development, and internal HR consulting for leadership.

• Proven experience conducting recruitment processes for operational, administrative, technical, and leadership roles.

• Familiarity with performance management, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), employee engagement/climate, and training & development.

• Understanding of HR metrics.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with HR management systems (Senior, LinkedIn, Sólides, or similar).
