This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct analyses and provide recommendations regarding organizational structure, headcount, financial implications, and personnel transitions.
• Spearhead the creation, evaluation, and upkeep of job, career, and compensation policies and practices.
• Perform market research, job leveling assessments, and facilitate internal personnel transitions.
• Track metrics, analyze data, and execute strategies for process improvement.
• Generate recommendations and reports to aid in decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Completed postgraduate education in a relevant area.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with job description processes, promotions and personnel transitions, headcount studies and evaluations, career frameworks, and salary surveys.
• Proficiency in HR metrics and in the preparation of reports and/or technical recommendations.
• Intermediate skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with competency-based management models.
• Understanding of job descriptions.
• Knowledge of job grading and salary structures.
