HR Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a consultant on all aspects related to employee relations and engagement.

• Ensure the maintenance of precise and current HR and personnel records while overseeing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of HR processes by evaluating departmental requirements and aligning them with strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Participate in the formulation and assessment of InEvent policies and undertake additional administrative tasks.

• Work in partnership with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to revamp and manage social media profiles, incorporating visual elements that reflect the company’s identity.

• Create and implement candidate-centric communications through social media and recruitment platforms, developing online and social media initiatives.

• Strategize and execute employer branding efforts to boost brand visibility.

• Offer strategic assistance to Talent Acquisition regarding company culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction.

• Support onboarding, performance evaluation, benefits, wellbeing, time off, and offboarding processes.

• Proficiency in English for effective communication with a global team.

• Over 2 years of experience in HR positions, particularly in employee relations and employer branding.

• Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS).

• Capability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

• Innovative mindset with the ability to devise creative employer branding strategies.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media channels.

• Strong sense of accountability, urgency, and initiative.

• Excellent attention to detail along with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Resilience and a commitment to continuous learning in a startup environment.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Must possess a personal laptop (either Mac or Windows).

• Must own a mobile device (iOS or Android).
