This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.
β’ Act as the main escalation point for intricate employee relations and HR inquiries that cannot be resolved via self-service or AI-driven channels.
β’ Deliver consultative HR advice to employees, managers, and business leaders regarding policies, procedures, employee lifecycle issues, and workplace challenges.
β’ Evaluate sensitive situations, assess risks, and suggest suitable resolutions while ensuring adherence to company policies and practices.
β’ Collaborate with leaders to enhance employee experience initiatives, performance management discussions, organizational design efforts, and change management processes.
β’ Oversee complex HR cases from intake to resolution, ensuring comprehensive documentation, timely follow-ups, and high-quality results.
β’ Guide managers on employee-related issues, assisting them in navigating difficult situations while balancing the needs of the business and employees.
β’ Recognize trends, recurring problems, and opportunities for process enhancements to improve the overall employee experience.
β’ Work in conjunction with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners to provide consistent and effective HR solutions.
β’ Maintain a strong emphasis on operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement within the Advisory Services function.
β’ Aid in executing the company's people strategy through effective collaboration with stakeholders and trusted HR advisory services.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Operations, HR Advisory, HR Business Partnering, or similar HR functions.
β’ Bachelor's degree.
β’ Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Strong HR judgment and an ability to evaluate risks while balancing employee and business requirements.
β’ Experience in supporting employee experience, organizational design, performance management, and change management initiatives.
β’ Proven ability to handle complex employee inquiries, sensitive workplace situations, and case management tasks.
β’ Demonstrated capability to influence and coach leaders on employee-related issues.
β’ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
β’ Valid local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire.
