This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Comprehend and comply with all regulatory requirements related to the engagement of temporary workers and contractors.

• Communicate effectively with candidates, the delivery team, and client managers to foster a productive vetting and onboarding process.

• Adhere to Davies client vetting standards, ensuring that all candidates meet compliance requirements prior to their start date, which includes but is not limited to:

• Accurate verification of candidate identity and I-9 Employment Eligibility.

• Validation of screening documents for correct submission of checks.

• Gather necessary information, references, and documents in accordance with the clients’ vetting criteria.

• Address any discrepancies, inquiries, or issues with documentation, and escalate internally as necessary.

• Provide updates on progress, challenges, and developments, escalating issues promptly.

• Oversee contract management.

• Address candidate concerns and inquiries.

• Ensure compliance with Data Protection policies and confidentiality procedures.

• Manage and keep current placement records for contractors in Bullhorn.

• Reconcile Intime client-approved timesheets with payroll data.

• Maintain precise and organized compliance documentation.

• Offer administrative assistance to the compliance team, which includes managing communications and organizing files.

• Achieve and maintain a quality assurance score of at least 96% and above.

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
