This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in the creation, opening, and posting of job listings across various platforms.
• Aid in monitoring recruitment processes, ensuring consistent communication with clients and talent consultants.
• Submit candidate profiles, gather feedback, and update statuses within internal systems.
• Take part in alignment meetings with clients to comprehend hiring profiles and requirements.
• Engage in HR projects such as behavioral assessments, engagement surveys, job and salary structures, and the development of training materials.
• Execute administrative tasks, including organizing documents, updating spreadsheets, and preparing reports.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Psychology, ideally in the 3rd or 4th semester.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as ATS, social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram), Canva, Google Meet, Google Workspace, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and PowerPoint).
• Fundamental understanding of recruitment and selection processes, customer service, and administrative routines.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple concurrent responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in executing tasks.
• Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership, demonstrating a balanced approach to initiative and accountability for deliverables.
• Analytical skills to prepare assessments and interpret data.
• Capability to perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism, empathy, courtesy, and quality in all outputs.
• Must possess a personal laptop.
• Previous experience in HR, even if gained through academic projects or volunteer work.
