This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate applications submitted by prospective tenants and extract pertinent information.
• Conduct structured interviews with potential tenants using a pre-defined script.
• Pose relevant follow-up questions and deviate from the script when necessary to clarify details or uncover potential issues.
• Accurately and objectively assess and document applicant information.
• Analyze employment, income, housing, and household data provided by applicants.
• Request and follow up on any missing or additional documentation.
• Keep precise applicant records and update information throughout the intake process.
• Communicate in a professional and respectful manner with potential tenants.
• Appropriately manage confidential personal and financial information.
• Collaborate with the management team regarding applicant status and any pertinent concerns.
• Ensure that all intake and interview information is thoroughly completed before advancing applicants.
• Carry out other position-related duties as assigned.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
• Prior experience in recruiting, candidate screening, interviewing, customer intake, or a comparable role.
• Strong interviewing and active listening competencies.
• Capability to adhere to structured interview scripts.
• Good judgment in asking relevant follow-up questions as needed.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Experience in reviewing applications and/or documentation.
• Professional, empathetic, and confident communication style.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Resourceful and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Creative thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and assured.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.

• Ability to follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work U.S. EST (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
