• Ensuring that all areas comply with the hotel's quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Delivering a heartfelt and memorable experience to customers.

• Responding to telephone inquiries and addressing customer complaints effectively.

• Ensuring that the front of house is consistently safe, compliant with legal standards, and tidy.
