Household Appliance Technician – Lausanne / Yverdon Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• In the role of after-sales technician for Miele, you will be responsible not only for repairing our premium household appliances at customer locations but also for representing our company through your expertise and interpersonal abilities.

• You will upload your daily work orders on your laptop and execute assignments independently within your designated region.

• As a knowledgeable specialist, you will competently address customer inquiries and provide guidance on the proper usage of our appliances.

• Additionally, you will prepare on-site estimates for replacement appliances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an electrical installer/electrician or equivalent qualifications in a related trade.

• Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the electrical sector or a comparable discipline.

• Experience in refrigeration/cooling is considered advantageous.

• Ability to work independently and possess a strong sense of responsibility.

• Friendly, empathetic, and enjoy engaging with customers on a daily basis.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Enjoy driving and possess a category B driving license.

• OIBT 15 training is beneficial.

• Native French speaker.

• Resident of the Lausanne / Yverdon area.
