This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk staff by sharing best practices and engaging in peer-to-peer coaching.
• Drive return on investment for hotel partners while meeting revenue milestones within a condensed six-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts in the local market and enhance market share from existing clients through intentional and strategic prospecting.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams with designated hotels to report on progress.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model by collaborating with the assigned POD team to boost revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
• Serve as a seamless extension of the hotel and represent clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to enhance and strengthen client relationships.
• A minimum of three consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Multi-property sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to generate new business, expand market share, and reach revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working at a computer and participating in virtual meetings for extended durations.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times per year.
• Position is home-based (remote) during client business hours.
