This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels while fostering a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk personnel by sharing best practices and providing peer coaching.
• Responsible for maximizing ROI for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed sales cycle of six months.
• Activate new accounts in the local market and enhance market share from existing clients through intentional and strategic prospecting efforts.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams with each of your assigned hotels to report on progress.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts effectively and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with your assigned POD (team) to support the Dynamic Sales Solution model and drive revenue across our hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold a high level of client satisfaction by acting as an integrated extension of the hotel while representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Willingness to travel for in-market visits to enhance and solidify client relationships.
• A minimum of three consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments; multi-property sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the capacity to manage priorities and achieve results in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work at a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in the United States and be available to travel for client visits approximately two to four times a year.
