This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the monthly and quarterly bookkeeping processes along with reporting.
• Develop and deliver customized or ad-hoc reports, such as budget-to-actual analyses.
• Oversee communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely payments.
• Accurately record and manage expenses and income for precise reporting.
• Reconcile accounts, including bank and credit card statements, to maintain accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and upkeep of general ledger accounts.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Aid in payroll processing and associated compliance documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Contribute to additional projects as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable/accounts payable or junior accounting position.
• Practical experience with Hotel Investor Apps (preferred) or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of IFRS or GAAP accounting standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for C-level engagement.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
