Hotel Housekeeper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the cleanliness, arrangement, and supply of guest accommodations.

• Deliver the highest standard of service to customers consistently.

• Clean and prepare rooms to be in a vacant ready state or an occupied clean condition.

• Replenish guest supplies and amenities as necessary.

• Keep a tidy and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.

• Aid in maintaining other hotel areas in a clean and orderly fashion.

• Promptly respond to guest requests and inquiries.

• Contribute to the overall cleaning and carpet care program by changing bedspreads, blankets, and mattress pads, as well as performing spot cleaning of carpets.

• Comply with all work rules, procedures, and policies set forth by the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, callouts, etc.

• The contract stipulates that the candidate must receive a flu shot prior to hiring and annually thereafter.

• Must possess fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• At least six (6) months of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field, demonstrating suitability for this role.
