This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the lead list: Engage with the prospect lists we provide through email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and Zoom until you receive a response.
• Consistent follow-up: Persistent and structured follow-up across various channels is crucial for achieving results in this position.
• Communicate value: Clearly convey the Peerspace value proposition, address objections in real-time, and guide prospects from initial interest to completed signup.
• Conduct prospect meetings: Arrange and facilitate Zoom meetings with prospects where live discussions are necessary to navigate the platform, address queries, and advance towards signup.
• Drive conversions: Steer each conversation towards securing a signup, as conversion is the primary goal of every interaction.
• Assist early host success: Remain involved with hosts post-signup, acting as their point of contact during the initial post-activation phase to help them finalize setup, obtain their first bookings, and gain traction on the platform.
• Enhance your strategy: Utilize feedback, objections, and response patterns observed from prospects to refine your pitch and boost conversion rates over time.
• Monitor your performance: Document outreach activities and results in the systems provided to allow for tracking of performance and pipeline health.
• Fluent in English at a native level (both written and spoken).
• Availability to work during standard US business hours.
• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or a similar high-volume position.
• Strong focus on closing deals, with confidence on the phone and a proven record of encouraging prospects to commit.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience; an initial rejection is not considered a definitive answer.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience selling to independent business owners, SMBs, and larger enterprises, with a clear understanding of their mindset: often skeptical of platforms, time-constrained, and quick to disengage without immediate value.
• Practical experience with sales engagement and email outreach tools (e.g., Mixmax, Saleshandy, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar), including managing sequences, cadences, and operating a high-volume inbox.
• Comfortable with high-volume phone outreach, including a proven history of cold calling at scale.
• A history of meeting and exceeding outbound activity and conversion goals.
