This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Prior experience in hospitality or hotel-related sales is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in customer support or customer service.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Experience in collaboration with hotels, resorts, travel companies, or hospitality service providers.
