This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee guest inquiries, booking confirmations, and pre-arrival communications through NightsBridge, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
• Deliver warm and professional customer service via email and messaging platforms, ensuring a top-notch guest experience.
• Manage basic website updates using Wix, including text modifications, direct booking information, and photo refreshes.
• Ensure that online property listings are accurate, current, and visually appealing.
• Collect, categorize, and organize invoices, receipts, and essential farm/property documentation to facilitate bookkeeping processes.
• Support the owner with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and general operational assistance.
• Home Office Infrastructure: Must possess a dedicated, quiet home office environment equipped with a highly reliable, high-speed internet connection and a functional power backup (UPS/Inverter) to maintain operations during unforeseen power outages.
• Experience: Prior experience in hospitality administration, short-term rental coordination, or high-end guest relations.
• Systems & Tech: Proficient in or quick to learn property booking platforms (particularly NightsBridge) and basic website content management tools (Wix).
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail (especially regarding financial administration and receipts) and outstanding written English communication abilities.
