Hospitality Coordinator, Global Dining

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide real-time assistance to customers with technical inquiries via email, phone, and chat.

• Replicate and troubleshoot software and data-related issues in testing environments using available tools and resources.

• Handle incident escalations following established guidelines and procedures.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Tock application, supported devices, third-party integrations, processes, and policies.

• Act as Tock’s customer-facing representative, setting appropriate expectations for customers.

• Conduct tailored virtual training sessions for clients.

• Accurately report incidents to management and document them for customers.

• Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams, identifying opportunities for product and process enhancements.

• Facilitate two-way communication between customers and Tock leadership.

• Collaborate with Executive Support, Fraud Prevention, Account Management, Implementation Management, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.

• Ensure that weekly working hours and timecards are completed accurately.

• Acknowledge important communications from managers within 24 hours or by the next business day.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment.

• 1–2 years of experience in the Hospitality or Restaurant industry.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage project timelines effectively.

• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Comfortable working independently on cases and escalating issues when necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Experience in a remote work setting is preferred.

• Leadership experience in Hospitality is a plus.

• Availability to work Tuesday–Saturday, from 2:30pm to 11pm CST.
