Hospital and Physician Services Specialist – PRN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Acts as a primary support resource for radiologists and serves as a functional intermediary between hospital personnel and medical staff from various facilities.

• Assists the radiologists with daily operations, including order entry and Clario-related issues, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on urgent or critical findings.

• Engages with patients and referrers in the role of WithinHealth Care Coordinator, supporting the lung screening program and managing the radiologist hotline.

• Plays a vital and consistent role in resolving problems as they arise.

• Reports directly to the Director of Hospital & Teleradiology Operations.

• Work Hours - PRN (As Needed)

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: MINIMUM: High School Graduate or equivalent.

• Experience: At least one year of experience in a medical environment, with preference given to candidates who have prior experience in a Radiology practice.

• Licensure: None

• Is adequately trained and can demonstrate competent usage of the Radiology Information System (RIS), telephone system, scanners/printers, and other equipment pertinent to specific job functions.
