
Hospice Triage RN, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver telephone triage services for hospice patients and their families.
β’ Evaluate patient conditions and identify suitable next steps.
β’ Collaborate with on-call teams to ensure coordinated care and resource allocation.
β’ Precisely document all communications and interventions.
β’ Maintain a composed and professional attitude while managing urgent calls.
β’ Current multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license.
β’ Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is highly preferred.
β’ Proficient with technology and electronic medical records (EMR) for call documentation.
β’ Capable of typing documentation and notes in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Ability to manage stress and multitask when handling calls (minimum of 5 calls per hour on weekdays, and up to 8 per hour on weekends).
β’ Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
β’ Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
β’ This position is remote and requires regular attendance, active communication, and dependable internet connectivity throughout all scheduled shifts to facilitate timely patient care coordination.
β’ Three weeks of paid remote training.

β’ Nurses qualify for a $2 shift differential for overnight shifts and a $2 shift differential for weekend shifts.
