Hospice Registered Nurse Triage – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver patient care throughout the entire spectrum of services.

• Serve as a Triage Nurse, significantly impacting the lives of patients in their home environments.

• Collaborate with Elara Caring to ensure that patients receive the appropriate care, at the optimal time, and in the suitable location.

• Report to the Hospice Triage Supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

• A current State License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse is mandatory.

• Requires 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in a relevant clinical care setting, along with 1 year of supervisory experience.

• Preferably, have experience in a hospice or home health environment.
