📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring the participants' learning success and motivation

• Encouragement of active engagement with the learning content and its practical application

• Stimulating discussions about the learned material in innovative formats

• Support for individual task completion within the scope of project work

• Assistance in the (further) development of the product

• Teaching from home and guiding learners in the flipped classroom model

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in product management (2+ years)

• Solid practical experience in product management, in the context of analog and/or digital products as well as AI-supported applications

• Degree/training in business, technology, innovation, or a comparable qualification

• Proficient use of at least one of the following tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira

• Comprehensive product management experience and utilization of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma) throughout the entire product lifecycle

• Knowledge in business cases, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies, and KPI-based success measurement

• Proficient in stakeholder management, lateral leadership, and collaboration with product and project teams

• Data-driven work with KPIs, experiments, and basic analyses

• Use of AI to support forecasts and visualizations

• Excellent command of the training language German (C2)
