Homecare Nurses, Therapists

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Deliver a range of homecare services to clients within their residences

• Engage in full-time Case Management or take on part-time and per diem positions

• Work closely with clients and supervisors to address care requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Must successfully complete a criminal background investigation

• Must possess a valid clinical license in the respective state

• Dependable transportation to clients' locations is essential

• Capability to provide services in accordance with the client's care plan

• Strong communication skills with clients and supervisors
