Homecare Nurses, Therapists

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver a range of homecare services to clients within their residences

• Serve clients residing in and around various cities throughout MN

• Engage in full-time Case Management roles, as well as part-time and per diem positions

• Collaborate effectively with both clients and supervisors

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a valid clinical license in the state of MN

• Capability to pass a criminal background check

• Dependable transportation to clients' homes

• Ability to deliver services in accordance with the client's care plan

• Strong communication skills with both the client and supervisor
