Home Infusion Field Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage intrathecal pump therapy for patients experiencing chronic pain or spasticity.

• Execute pump refills, reprogramming, and troubleshooting in collaboration with prescribing providers.

• Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding medication regimens, pump functionality, and recognition of adverse reactions or infections.

• Work in partnership with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to guarantee continuity and quality of care.

• Accurately document all care activities, assessments, and communications in a timely manner within electronic medical records.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and unencumbered license in the state of practice.

• Preference for additional licensure or compact status.

• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in home infusion or pain management.

• Home health experience is preferred.

• Current BLS certification is required (ACLS preferred).

• A current TB Skin test or QuantiFERON blood test conducted within the last 12 months.

• Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills are essential.

• Ability to work independently in a home environment while managing a mobile work schedule.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
