This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from homeowners and potential clients.

• Assess the job requirements — including scope, location, urgency, and any access conditions.

• Schedule appointments using the client's scheduling systems (such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar).

• Confirm appointments through phone, text, or email based on the client's preferred method of communication.

• Develop and oversee the daily technician schedule to optimize job density and reduce travel time.

• Assign tasks to the appropriate technician according to their skill set, location, availability, and type of job.

• Relay job specifics, customer notes, and address modifications to technicians in real time.

• Proactively send ETA updates and arrival confirmations to customers.

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional and composed manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination within a home services, trades, or field services setting — this is a hard requirement.

• Familiarity with at least one FSM or scheduling software: ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, or similar.

• Excellent spoken English with a professional demeanor on the phone — you will be interacting with U.S. homeowners daily.

• Capability to manage several tasks simultaneously without losing focus on any of them.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure — field operations are dynamic, and you must adapt without causing disruption.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet, a headset, and a quiet, professional home workspace.

• Consistent availability during U.S. business hours on a predictable schedule.
