Home Health Quality Assurance RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and authenticate OASIS (SOC, ROC, Recert, Discharge) with a strong clinical perspective.

• Ensure that documentation, coding, and OASIS are consistent and accurately depict the patient's condition.

• Detect discrepancies that affect reimbursement, outcomes, and compliance.

• Collaborate with clinicians to offer clear, constructive feedback and assistance.

• Foster uniformity in documentation and interdisciplinary care.

• Assist clinicians and enhance quality throughout the agency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Missouri RN license.

• OASIS Certification is mandatory (COS-C or equivalent).

• Recent experience as a home health RN.

• Strong understanding of OASIS, documentation, and home health regulations.

• Detail-oriented with confident clinical judgment.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Active OASIS certification and recent home health experience are required for consideration.
