Home Health LVN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct skilled nursing visits within patients' residences

• Observe and document changes in patients' health conditions

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments

• Educate patients and their caregivers

• Execute wound care and other specialized nursing procedures

• Complete clinical documentation accurately and promptly

• Collaborate with physicians and members of the interdisciplinary team

⛳️ Requirements

• Active California LVN License in good standing

• Current BLS Certification

• Valid California Driver's License and dependable transportation

• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational abilities

• Home health experience is preferred, though not mandatory
