Home Health Coding and OASIS Accuracy Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with DCOQR to design, oversee, implement, and assess coding and quality assurance processes and programs.

• Assist local clinical leaders at agencies across the United States.

• Fulfill regulatory and accreditation standards.

• Attain the highest level of care delivery system.

⛳️ Requirements

• RN, PT, OT, or ST credentials required.

• Active coding certification.

• Current OASIS certification.

• At least five years of experience in coding, OASIS review, and quality assurance within Home Health.

• Experience in education and training development and implementation.

• Preferred experience in Process Improvement.

• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework governing the home health sector.

• Capability to collaborate with all management levels on various aspects of therapy operations.
