Home Care Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, publish, and sustain daily/weekly schedules for caregivers and clients.

• Promptly fill open shifts by reaching out via phone, text, and follow-ups with caregivers.

• Pair caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, location, client preferences, and pay rates.

• Monitor attendance issues such as call-outs, late arrivals, and no-shows; arrange immediate coverage and inform stakeholders.

• Confirm new starts, schedule modifications, and cancellations with both clients and caregivers.

• Update profiles, care plans, and visit notes for clients and caregivers in the scheduling system.

• Track EVV/clock-ins and address exceptions prior to billing and payroll deadlines.

• Collaborate with recruiters and team leads to anticipate coverage requirements.

• Proactively escalate risks (missed visits, recurring call-outs, client concerns) early on.

• Provide end-of-day and end-of-week coverage reports and performance metrics.

• (If necessary) Assist with after-hours/on-call rotation for urgent scheduling changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in scheduling, dispatch, coordination, or call center roles (preferably in home care, home health, or healthcare).

• Strong English communication abilities (phone, text, and email) delivered in a calm, helpful tone.

• Quick and accurate data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proven capability to manage multiple tasks while remaining organized under time constraints.

• A proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and respond swiftly when plans shift.

• Basic knowledge of HIPAA/privacy regulations and client confidentiality standards.

• Willingness to work US business hours; must be available for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
