Home Buying Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Pursue leads, assess property values, analyze comparable listings, and secure new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of real estate properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and draft contracts for approval.

• Assess repair needs and establish both ARV and As-Is values of properties.

• Engage with homeowners to present offers for their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales.

• Consistently recognized among the top 10% of sales personnel in previous positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas through phone interactions.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
