This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.
• Drive business growth.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with HOA property management companies, HOAs, and industry partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in lending, deposits, treasury management, and cash management services.
• Represent the bank at networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements.
• Lead strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and credit administration to design and expand an innovative HOA lending program.
• Contribute to the development of future banking products and services tailored for HOA clients.
• Analyze market trends and pinpoint opportunities to improve profitability and customer experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Promote a “customer-first” culture through proactive communication, responsiveness, and relationship management.
• Conduct presentations, training sessions, and strategic meetings with HOA and property management professionals.
• Address client inquiries and present customized financial solutions that create a positive impact.
• Collaborate and innovate.
• Work in close partnership with Marketing, Operations, Relationship Management, and Treasury teams to align objectives and implement strategic plans.
• Engage in RFP responses, pricing negotiations, risk assessments, and solution development.
• Suggest process enhancements and business development strategies that promote departmental success.
• Lead with excellence.
• Support departmental goals, profitability initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
• Apply sound judgment while ensuring strong compliance and risk management practices.
• Mentor and support team members while promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in treasury management, branch management, banking operations, or related financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of HOA/property management banking products and services.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and expand business opportunities.
• Military education or experience may be accepted in place of traditional education or work experience.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven track record in business development and relationship management.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of banking regulations, treasury management solutions, and lending practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
