This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers
• Interact thoughtfully with customers to comprehend their needs
• Perform research across various systems to address inquiries
• Offer clear and precise information to assist consumers in navigating healthcare options
• Handle a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism
• Adhere to a designated schedule, including breaks and lunch periods
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Hmong
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs
• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications
• A designated home workspace free from distractions
• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)
