This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan to meet sales objectives and achieve desired business outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize essential customers, healthcare professionals, and institutions to enhance product sales and market reach.
• Regularly evaluate and analyze sales performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and execute corrective actions to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Serve as the main driver for the sales function with customers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement sales strategies, promotional initiatives, and tactics that align with overarching business goals.
• Monitor market dynamics and customer feedback to fine-tune sales approaches.
• Efficiently manage the expense budget for your sales territory, ensuring cost-effectiveness while achieving business objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive records of expenses, sales activities, customer interactions, and other pertinent data to provide accurate and timely reports.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements, clinical data, and scientific literature regarding HIV treatment to engage in knowledgeable discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to sales and marketing practices.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism in all interactions with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a healthcare-related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years in HIV Sales or at least one of the following specialties: infectious disease, Hepatology, Cardiovascular, or diabetes.
• A proven track record of sales achievements.
• Strong customer focus; a genuine passion for science-based brands that can significantly enhance patients' lives.
• Demonstrated experience in building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships.
• Advanced skills in resource collaboration with Managed Care Organizations/Accountable Care Organizations/Patient-Centered Advanced alongside Marketing and Sales Teams.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that accommodates events and conferences.
• Valid driver's license to travel to designated healthcare accounts, unless stated otherwise.
