High School Math Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct individualized online math lessons for high school students throughout North America, covering topics such as Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, and relevant SAT Math subjects, in accordance with the CCSS framework.

• Develop and tailor lesson materials to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring that instruction is both well-organized and of high quality.

• Offer prompt feedback and focused guidance to enhance student comprehension and facilitate ongoing progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher; degrees in Math, Education, or related disciplines are preferred.

• Previous experience teaching Math at the middle school or high school level is strongly desired.

• Knowledge of Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, and Geometry curricula is essential.

• Must be available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (in US time zones).

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required.

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
