High School History Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Accountable for establishing and nurturing relationships with families, students, and learning coaches.

• Facilitate the delivery of designated course content in a virtual setting.

• Provide instruction, assistance, and direction while overseeing the learning process.

• Track student progress using Stride K12’s learning management system.

• Prepare students for significant standardized assessments.

• Assist learning coaches and parents with issues related to student curriculum and instruction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Hold an active state teaching license.

• 0-1 year of relevant professional experience.

• Current certification in Oklahoma Secondary History / Social Studies is required.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with fellow educators.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and educational platforms.

• Must maintain teacher certification, professional development hours, and proficiency in K12 systems, programs, and curriculum.
