High School English Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Accountable for establishing and nurturing relationships with families, students, and learning coaches.

• Provide specific course material within an online setting.

• Offer instruction, assistance, and direction to students.

• Track student progress using Stride K12’s learning management system.

• Prepare students for high-stakes standardized assessments.

• Occasionally travel for in-person professional development and state testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Valid state teaching license.

• Arizona High School English Teaching Certification OR suitable ELA certification from another state, with the capability to obtain Arizona licensure within 60 days of employment.

• Ability to pass the necessary background check.

• 0-1 year of relevant professional experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
