This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Delivers engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students on a daily basis.

• Offers targeted, personalized feedback utilizing a variety of techniques.

• Adapts instruction according to each student's level of mastery.

• Allocates daily time to access the learning management system, monitor student progress, and evaluate submitted assignments.

• Fosters a welcoming classroom atmosphere in line with course setup and management guidelines.

• Analyzes student data to determine effective strategies that enhance student achievement.

• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with families, ensuring proactive communication with all stakeholders in a timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Valid state teaching license.

• Capability to pass the necessary background check.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms.
