This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

đź“‹ Description

• Develop a pipeline of high-net-worth (HNW) prospects from scratch. This involves identifying suitable individuals and organizations (such as Jane Street, Anthropic, Bridgewater), family offices, donor-advised fund advisors, and giving networks; establishing systems for prospect qualification and tracking; and maintaining a dynamic overview of each relationship's status and what is needed to advance it. Be prepared to conduct thorough research, connect insights that may be overlooked by others, and create a scalable prospecting infrastructure.

• Implement and manage processes, tools, and engagement frameworks—including our CRM—that facilitate top-tier relationship management. This includes customized one-on-one engagement plans for our most promising prospects and scalable stewardship strategies for a wider HNW audience. You will set gold-standard practices for the function's growth.

• Create collateral for Educate! aimed at HNW individuals: succinct and persuasive narratives, customized pitch decks, funding menus, and tailored briefings for priority prospects. We seek someone who possesses clear, strategic writing and thinking skills, capable of distilling complex programmatic information into engaging, credible narratives.

• Organize and coordinate exclusive, high-value cultivation events and other offerings to enhance existing relationships and open new opportunities, particularly in high-potential regions (West Coast US, New York, London) by leveraging our senior network. Additionally, you will elevate Educate!'s visibility at significant external events within the HNW and philanthropy sectors.

• Stay informed about the HNW philanthropic landscape, including publications, podcasts, Substacks, social media channels, and communities that influence high-capacity donors' perspectives on giving, impact, and global development. You will distill these insights and share them with our communications team, ensuring Educate!'s external voice is prominent where it counts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated early, yet clear, evidence of high performance in challenging environments—whether in consulting, a rapidly growing startup, a nonprofit, or elsewhere. You take initiative, follow through, and find ways to achieve results.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, especially for high-stakes, external-facing materials. You can transform complex ideas into a compelling narrative and hold yourself to exceptionally high standards.

• Strong organizational capabilities with a focus on execution. You manage competing priorities without losing momentum, work independently to meet deadlines, and leave things more organized than you found them.

• Some experience with high-value external relationships, strategic initiatives, or fundraising—even in a supportive role. You recognize the care and rigor needed to cultivate relationships that facilitate significant capital movement and are prepared to take on more responsibility in this area.

• A keen curiosity and intelligence to quickly familiarize yourself with Educate!'s work, our funding landscape, and the HNW philanthropy ecosystem. You don’t need to know everything—you should be the type of individual who learns rapidly.

• A strong commitment to Educate!'s mission and a sincere sense of accountability for the relationships and workflows under your management. You acknowledge the significance of this work.

• Aligns with our Five Culture Tenets (see What is Educate! About? below).

🏝️ Benefits

• This is a full-time position, with a minimum two-year commitment requested to support potential professional growth at Educate! and meet team needs.

• This role is ideally based in the UK or East Africa. We are a distributed team that endorses flexible, high-trust working arrangements across different time zones.

• A vibrant, mission-driven atmosphere with a supportive and enjoyable team.

• Competitive salary based on experience.

• Opportunities for learning and growth.
