This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate business plans, conduct market analysis, and devise strategies that align with robust business outcomes and implement them accordingly.
• Present on-label advantages to relevant patients and key customer stakeholders to meet or surpass projected sales targets.
• Address account-level challenges to guarantee therapy accessibility.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various functions, including Market Access, Clinical Education, and Medical Affairs, to enhance customer and patient access to Karyopharm product(s) and relevant information.
• Relay customer insights to internal teams, sharing best practices, identifying unmet needs, and uncovering business opportunities.
• Support the Marketing team in identifying and inviting suitable healthcare professionals (HCPs) to promotional and educational events or programs.
• Cultivate and maintain deep clinical and technical knowledge regarding the promoted product(s), the oncology landscape, and disease management.
• Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), decision-makers, influencers, and significant stakeholders within the oncology sector.
• Provide clinical and technical value at medical meetings by managing promotional booths when requested.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, following company compliance guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Act with urgency on behalf of patients and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
• More than 2 years of experience in oncology or rare disease pharmaceutical sales, including involvement in product launch(es).
• Preference for experience in Hematology and/or Multiple Myeloma.
• Established relationships with oncology practices within the territory are preferred.
• Strong business acumen is essential.
• Must reside near the specified geography or be willing to relocate.
